Why onboarding becomes a bottleneck as businesses scale
As digital services expand, identity verification becomes slower, more expensive, and more vulnerable to fraud. Manual processes cannot keep up with increasing volume, regulatory requirements, and cross-border complexity.
Fraud & Deepfake risks
Legacy systems are vulnerable to AI-driven spoofing and identity fraud
High operational costs
Manual review processes increase staffing and processing expenses
Cross-border complexity
Different countries require different document types and compliance standards
Slow onboarding process
Manual identity verification can take 2–5 days, leading to high user drop-off

Savvycom builds the orchestration and integration layer between Gemini and your systems: API adapters and data mapping, workflow state and tool routing, identity, policy and approval gates, plus audit, monitoring and cost tracking. Gemini supplies the reasoning; the integration layer holds access and business authority.
No. Gemini can propose function calls, but your application code executes them only after validation against schemas and business rules. Actions that change records can require a responsible user's approval, and internal credentials stay in the integration layer.
Not always, and Savvycom does not treat it as a default. It fits especially well when approved data already lives in Google Cloud, BigQuery or Workspace. Discovery tests model fit, cost and latency on a real workflow, and the architecture can keep options open for other models.
Paid API use is billed per token: input, output including thinking, plus applicable tool and cache charges. Cost comes down through routing to the cheapest model that passes quality tests, capped outputs, retrieving only relevant records, cached context and batch processing for eligible workloads.
